Chilli Sesame Noodle Sauce

Keeping it all in one pot here with a simple sauce you can quickly whip up for a bowl of asian noodles!

THE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tahini (or natural peanut butter)

  • ½ tbsp chinese black vinegar

  • ½ tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 tsp chilli (I use Lao Gan Ma)

  • ½ tsp of sesame oil

  • A splash of water, as needed, to thin out the sauce

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add more water as necessary to reach your desired consistency.
