Chilli Sesame Noodle Sauce
Keeping it all in one pot here with a simple sauce you can quickly whip up for a bowl of asian noodles!

Ingredients
1 tbsp tahini (or natural peanut butter)
½ tbsp chinese black vinegar
½ tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp chilli (I use Lao Gan Ma)
½ tsp of sesame oil
A splash of water, as needed, to thin out the sauce
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add more water as necessary to reach your desired consistency.
