Recent Works
Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment
I chatted with Minister Grace Fu about the recently-launched Singapore Green Plan 2030, which sets the country’s sustainability development targets and action plans over the next 10 years.
CHANEL Beauty
When I first encountered PARIS – RIVIERA, the first image that came to mind was, as cheesy as it sounds, summertime in France. The sun, the long summery dresses, and plenty of fresh flowers.
Grand Hyatt Singapore
An experience specially curated by Grand Hyatt Singapore for an all-rounded recharge. So aside from having me-time (a must for me), you’ll be able to enjoy a personalised massage, meditation class, morning workout (including gear from Kydra that you can take home), and an exclusive nutritious brunch put together by Chef Lucas Glanville and myself.
BYO Singapore
I joined BYO Singapore, a movement by Zero Waste SG, for the launch of their campaign, Bring Your Own Container (BYOC). The campaign works together with hawker centres and the community to work towards reducing the excessive use of our disposables.

Don’t let your Christmas party leftovers go to waste! Here are some ideas on what you can make with them.
TWO L(I)PS
I recently tried Two L(i)ps‘ new range of 5 prebiotic products for the past two weeks and I love how easy they are to use – my current favourites are the sunscreen (Screen) and body balm (Juice).
Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment
Just filmed another episode with the Ministry of Sustainability and Environment on a documentary about food security and supporting local produce.
The UN Global Compact Network Singapore
It was an honour to host this year’s UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) Virtual Summit 2020 Youth Track. The Youth Track is for individuals who have a passion for sustainability, but may not know where to start or what role they can play, and it is free for all aged 18-25. Themed ‘Decade for Decisive Action: Taste the Change’, the Youth Track focused on food security, one of the pressing issues of our time.
Virtual Singapore Sustainability Academy
I joined Joanna (Weird and Wild Edibles) on CDL’s Virtual Singapore Sustainability Academy (VSSA) to share more on gardening at home.
111 Somerset
I have always wondered what filter coffees were all about and why they were such an art to prepare. I went down to one of my favourite cafes in town, Glyph Supply at 111 Somerset, to learn more about the math & science about coffee, and brew my very own artisanal cup!
Zero Waste SG
I chat with Zero Waste SG about our relationship with food waste in Singapore. How did we get to where we are today (wasting an average of 52 plates of nasi lemak per household annually), and how we can be part of the solution. I also give a little sneak peak into some hacks I use in my kitchen to prolong the shelf-life of certain foods!
Asian Food Network
What do you do with potato skins? Ugly fruits? Or wilted spring onions? Let me show you how to turn them into magical dishes so your food lasts longer for you.
Tech Able Singapore
I’m really fond of Tech Able’s work. They’re all about providing assistive technology to improve the quality and ease of living for persons with disabilities. Do check them out at Enabling Village if you’re curious about the gadgets they have, or know of anyone who can benefit from them.
