I shared my breakfast tips previously, and I worked with Marks & Spencer to curate actual examples for you breakfast champs out there!⁠

Remember, choosing to eat a more nutritious breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated:⁠
1. Focus on the 3 elementsprotein, fibre and colour!⁠
2. If you’re at a M&S, look out for the #eatwell flower. It means these products have met certain nutritional criteria* and can support your balanced diet.⁠
3. Make it fun and enjoyable - it’s your first meal of the day after all!⁠
