Future of Food Series

We are overfed but undernourished.

We live in a world where there is an abundance of food, but we still see a lot of nutrient deficiencies.

This was my core message at the latest seminar of the Future of Food Series.

This was the third session of the series, and it focused on ā€œFinding Sustenance in the Future of Foodā€. I was thrilled to be part of the panel alongside 2 other experts, Stefan Klade from TUMCREATE and Florence Leong from Kosmode Health.

Hereā€™s a short reflection piece I penned down after the event.

This was such an enriching and fulfilling experience ā€¦ and so much fun too. Not only did I get to expound on topics Iā€™m passionate about, I also gained new knowledge from my brilliant co-panelists.
