EY Singapore

I had the distinct pleasure of conducting a workshop for the lovely folks at EY as part of their Wellbeing Wednesday sessions.

The session focused on two things I believe we should definitely be talking about more - menstrual health and sustainability (and yes, they are linked!). This was a particularly fulfilling experience for me, as women’s health, nutrition, and sustainability are at the very core of my mission and advocacy.

This occasion also included two other distinguished speakers, Céline Ventalon from Émer (a menstrual underwear brand) and Dr. Ang Seng Bin from KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

Participants left equipped with useful nutrition tools they can apply not only during their periods, but also in their day-to-day activities throughout their menstrual cycle.

One of the participants expressed their appreciation for having “learnt new things I can quickly action on” - which was exactly my goal!

Big thanks to EY for having me, and to all the attendees who made this such an engaging session!

If you’d like to explore running such workshops at your organisation, I’d be happy to share about our sessions. Get in touch here to start the conversation!
