For busy adults with such hectic schedules, I know it can be quite difficult to navigate — and even find the time for — proper nutrition.
With all the information we have to sift through, how can one be sure what an actual ‘balanced diet’ looks like? What are the fundamental nutrition principles we need to take note of? Are there impactful actions simple enough to incorporate into your daily meals?
