Paneer Tikka Prata

One of my favourites to make in my air fryer as it’s super easy and quick. Here, I’m using halloumi, some vegetables, andddd… frozen prata (nostalgia)!

I’ve used halloumi here instead of paneer as the supermarket ran out of the latter. But either works well in this dish! Just make sure to leave out the salt if you’re using halloumi as it’s on the saltier side.

You also can definitely use chicken instead of the cheese filling, but I find that I enjoy this alternative option as it doesn’t fill me up too quickly. It’s satisfying and yummy!

If you don’t have an air fryer, you could make this in an oven. Just remember to adjust the cook time accordingly.

Who else loves frozen prata? It’s nostalgic, super accessible, and it’s a nice cheeky change from tortilla wraps which complements the flavours from the paneer tikka.
