I ran my first ever public nutrition workshop!

It was so wonderful to finally put faces to the many Instagram handles I’ve been chatting with over the years.

During the workshop, we talked about a topic many of us are familiar with: how do you eat to stay full?

I really wanted to provide science-based strategies to boost satiety and help participants optimise nutrition for their mental and physical health.

Much love to Amazin Graze for providing chippies for the session! I’m constantly on the look out for snacks that contain adequate protein, and I was so stoked when I chanced upon their Hummus Chips.

I’m also thankful to Design Orchard for providing the cozy venue, equipped with a pantry (+ mugs so we minimise our waste!) and for having me as part of Wellness Festival Singapore 2023.

It was an intense 10 days that stretched my team and I to put things together and get the word out as quickly as we could, but what a fulfilling result. And who knows, it could be the first of many such events!
