The brief - 12 hours to give the best snapshot of Singapore’s food culture to the French!
The team at Le Figaro gave me a task to choose the best spots in our little tropical island that represents our wide and colourful local fare.
I decided to bring them to a wet market, a hawker center, a tea room in Katong, an Indian restaurant and finally, to a very special bar in Chinatown. The fact that these guys left feeling charmed and inspired by the city, and feeling really full, I think we nailed it!
