I recently hosted a workshop for GROHE at the LIXIL Experience Centre, diving into The Art of Intentional Snacking. This session was all about helping participants rethink their approach to snacking, focusing on recognising hunger and fullness cues, and learning how to make healthier, more nutritious snack choices.

The interactive workshop didn’t stop at just learning – it also featured a recipe demonstration for Mini Fish Burger Bites, which participants got to taste and enjoy. A few even rolled up their sleeves to help, making it a fun, hands-on experience for everyone involved.

Here’s what participants had to say:

"The talk was engaging and very comprehensive. It was a lovely and inclusive presentation style too."

"I've changed my negative perception on snacking!"

This session reminded us how simple shifts in perspective can have a big impact on daily habits.

I had so much fun at this interactive workshop and if you are looking to organise one too, get in touch here!
