There are many layers when it comes to skincare + ‘sustainability’.
The N1 DE CHANEL range has greatly reduced its carbon footprint over time. One of it is the refillability of the N1 moisturiser. Though I’m a broken record at this point, it’s been a game changer for me. With it’s refillable design, they were able to reduce the weight of the jar by 50%.
While refillable products sound great and make us feel good about throwing away less packaging material, it has to be refilled at least twice to have a net positive impact on the environment. Safe to say, I’m now on my 4th or 5th refill in the same jar as day 1, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
