Festive Hummus Wreath

Need a show-stopping dish for your festive potluck?

Or perhaps unexpected guests are dropping by?

Here's an elegant solution that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare – perfect for keeping guests entertained while you put the finishing touches on other dishes.

This versatile wreath-style appetizer is sure to impress!

While I've used beetroot hummus as the base, feel free to experiment with alternatives like creamy guacamole, whipped cream cheese, or even transform it into a dessert wreath with chocolate spread, fresh strawberries, and nuts. The possibilities are endless!

You really don’t need a recipe for this – just watch the video below for the steps.

And for inspiration, here’s the list of the ingredients I used:

  • Beetroot hummus by @nuffin_dips – so gorg!!

  • Fresh basil, flat leaf parsley, oregano (harvested from my @grobrix wall)

  • Jarred piquillo peppers

  • Baby bocconcini

  • Tri-coloured baby tomatoes

  • Goat cheese (only the best from @meredithdairy)

  • Crispy rice quinoa crackers – tomato & basil flavoured

  • Pecans

  • Sumac

  • Black pepp
