Plaza Singapura

I love running nutrition literacy workshops, and my favourite sessions are always the more intimate ones.

The workshop on ‘Nutrition & Sustainability at Plaza Singapura was capped at a small number, and this gave me the chance to connect with each person and hear their curiosities/challenges on the topic.

Some key realisations from the group:

  • It's actually easy to make a positive impact on the environment
    through our food choices

  • Don't sleep on mushrooms, seaweed, pulses, and mussels!

  • We ought to include more plant sources of protein in our diet -
    win-win for nutrition and sustainability

It was nice to put a face to some of you who who have been following for a while. Don’t forget about those sustainable practices you’ve committed to - every bit counts!
