Hosted the 2021 Sus Ads Video Challenge Award Ceremony, and moderated a fruitful dialogue session around Singapore’s sustainability efforts, and how youths can play their part.

The video challenge was organised by REACH in support of the Green Plan, to encourage young Singaporeans to get involved in tackling environmental issues, through producing a 60-second video on what they can do to live sustainably. The criteria included focusing on selected pillars of the Singapore Green Plan 2030. The talent pool out there absolutely blew me away! You can check out the submissions and find out about the winners here.

It was an honour to moderate the session with our panellists who all came from different areas of expertise. There’s always so much to learn from one another.

Panellists:

Mr Tan Kiat How, Minister of State for Communications and Information and National Development, and Chairman of REACH Supervisory Panel;
Mr Desmond Tan, Minister of State for Home Affairs, and Sustainability and the Environment
Ms Annette Lee, Filmmaker, singer-songwriter and actor-host; and
Ms Woo Qiyun, Environmentalist and Digital Creator of the Instagram page ‘@theweirdandwild

It was a live hybrid event, and you may watch a repeat on REACH’s Facebook page here.
